GOLFO ARANCI / CAPO FIGARI / OLBIA
Arrival in Golfo Aranci, meet your guide and a walk through the city to buy something to eat and drink. Transfer to the parking lot of City Hall, to begin our adventure with a trip to Cape Figari, imposing promontory which opens onto the Gulf of Olbia. Arrived at the parking lot, take a path that runs along a tourist village and within few minutes we will be immersed in nature. Walking up hill, we see that the environment is covered with scrub and olive trees, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the sea on the underlying Cala Sonno. The trail leads to an altitude of 50 meters over the sea level and after about 800 meters; turning around the hill we will reach the saddle that unites Monte Ruiu to Capo Figari. Here we take a dirt road, following the valley between two mountains, and after about a kilometer we reach the beach of Cala Moresca, one of the finest in the area. The Cala Moresca is characterized by the presence of the ancient furnaces for processing of lime. Here the weary can relax peacefully on the beach, instead who is more curious and has more resistance, can climb up the dirt road, that has series of wide turns, that goes back to a dorsal offering great views of the Gulf of Olbia and the island of Tavolara. After forty minutes, you reach the traffic light at an altitude of 342 meters. S.l.m. you take some pictures and then back to the beach, for relaxation and for swimming (if possible), and to eat together. In the afternoon, you follow the coastal dirt road that will take us back to the parking lot. Continue to Olbia, arrival to the reserved B & B, free dinner in the city and overnight.

OLBIA / TAVOLARA /OLBIA
After breakfast there will be the transfer to P. Saint Paul, for boarding the boat that takes us to the unique island of Tavolara, with the lower part made of granite rock up to 90 mt, from 90 mt. to 350 mt of dolomite, and from 450 to 565 mt. the beautiful white limestone. The eastern part is not passable, while the western side is slightly sloping, but impractical due to the dense forest of juniper. On the island there are only two paths leading to the summit, both challenging, but for people who prefer to deal with easy routes, there are alternatives. Take the first part of the path to the summit, reaching the tip of the cliff, go back on the same path. Once back at the base near the beach “Coda di Terra”, follow the nature trail it leads up to the cordoned small steps, a beautiful beach located in the terminal part of isthmus. On this route there are explanatory panels, presenting the flora and fauna that characterize the island. Once at the beach, for fans with equipment in tow, there is the possibility of snorkeling in the beautiful little bays, or you may fall for a beautiful walking tour on the beach, to reach the restaurant, where you can taste the specialties of fish or consume snack lunches. In the afternoon around 16.30 / 17.00 we return to Port Saint Paul and from there to Olbia, dinner and overnight stay in our B & B.

OLBIA / SAN PANTALEO / OLBIA
After breakfast there will be the transfer by minibus, to the small village of San Pantaleo, a characteristic village of Gallura, located in the hinterland of Costa Smeralda, It is famous for the typical houses, well known with the name of “Stazzi” , We start the route from the center of the village and continue on asphalt for 400 m, then it becomes a dirt road and passes under a small forest of oaks, until you reach the fold Manzoni, a small house with a wild pear tree in front yard. From here begins our path that runs towards the south. Initially the path is clear and not particularly difficult, after two kilometers, It is less traveled and there are many deviations created by the hunters for hunting boars. This can create clearly problems, for those who run this path for the first time. The route is very scenic and at one point you get to see a part of the archipelago of Maddalena and sometimes, if the day happens to be clear, you can even see Corsica from the distant, while in the foreground you can admire the granitic towers of Mount Cugnana. After sightseeing of this route, we will return to town and have free time for a snack. Later on we will go back toward Olbia and have free time in the city, transfer to the port of Olbia or Golfo Aranci, in time for the departure by boat to the place of origin. End of the tour.
